AgentDesk CRE Privacy Policy

Version 2026-09-25 · Updated September 25, 2026

Who operates AgentDesk

AgentDesk CRE is developed by Jesse Lessing. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to jesse@dsrcommercial.com. AgentDesk is a professional recordkeeping tool for commercial real estate work. This notice describes the app, its support communications, and the developer's informational privacy and support pages.

Your workspace

Deals, contacts, properties, suites, tasks, notes, tours, invoices, payment records, photographs, documents, and profile details are stored on your device. With iCloud available, supported records and files sync through Apple services to your private iCloud account. No separate AgentDesk account is required. The developer does not operate a server that receives your private CRM database and does not receive your Apple Account credentials. Information you deliberately send to support or share outside the app is a separate flow described below. Apple hosts and operates iCloud and other Apple services under its own terms and privacy practices.

Maps, address search, imagery, and routes

The app uses Apple services for address search, geocoding, maps, property imagery, and route estimates. Addresses, search terms, and coordinates needed for these features are processed by Apple. Property imagery may be cached on the device. Property coordinates describe a property; the app does not continuously track or record your live location. Apple and network providers may process technical request information when providing these services.

Device permissions and connected features

Contacts permission supports linking selected people and updating their names, company information, phone numbers, email addresses, and contact images. Calendar permission supports reading events and creating or updating events you choose to mirror from AgentDesk; those events may sync through the calendar account you use. Camera and photo access support pictures and attachments you choose to add. Notification permission allows reminders and summaries. You can manage permissions in system Settings. Declining a permission limits its associated feature. Business information may appear in notifications, widgets, and on-device Spotlight search; manage device access and notification previews accordingly.

Purchases

Apple handles App Store billing and payment information. The app uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to determine Pro access, trial eligibility, and restoration. The developer may receive the sales, financial, and diagnostic information Apple makes available through its developer services and your Apple settings. Do not send payment-card details to support. Cancel subscriptions through Apple; deleting app data does not cancel billing.

News and external websites

Some existing versions include a Commercial Observer headlines feed. Those versions request headlines directly from the publisher, which necessarily receives technical request information such as the connecting IP address and app user-agent. The feed request does not include your CRM records. Updated versions may omit the feed. Opening an article or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices, which may include cookies or advertising. These external services are not operated by the AgentDesk developer.

Sharing and support

When you export or share a document, image, record, or CSV, the recipients and apps you choose receive that material and may retain their own copies. Review contents and recipients before sharing. Emailing support sends the developer your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide, through the email providers involved. We use support information to answer requests, investigate problems, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Share only information needed for the request and redact client details where possible. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary for these purposes; contact us to request deletion, subject to legal or legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Analytics, advertising, and hosting

The app does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and the developer does not sell your private CRM records or use them for targeted advertising. Apple may process diagnostics and usage information according to its settings and policies. The developer's informational web pages are delivered by hosting providers, which may process request information such as IP addresses for delivery, security, and operations. External linked sites have separate practices. Statements about the app's local storage do not mean that no network service receives any information.

Retention, trash, and deletion

Records generally remain on your device and, where enabled, in your private iCloud storage until you delete them. Supported deals, contacts, and properties moved to Trash remain recoverable for 30 days unless permanently deleted sooner; expired items are purged when the app next runs. Other record types may have different deletion behavior. Deletions can sync to other devices. Removing the app alone may leave iCloud data, backups, calendar events, or copies elsewhere. Use in-app deletion controls and Apple's iCloud storage controls as appropriate. Copies held in other apps, recipients' files, email, backups, or on other devices may remain under those services' controls. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase a private database we do not hold. Contact us for help with available controls or information we received directly.

Independent copies and security

Keep your device and Apple Account secure and retain independent copies of important records and original documents. iCloud sync is not a complete backup. CSV exports contain selected tables and do not include all app data or attachments. The app uses Apple platform storage and permission mechanisms, but no system can promise perfect security, uninterrupted availability, or recovery of every record. Report suspected security issues to the contact address above.

Agreement receipts

If a version of AgentDesk asks you to accept custom terms, it saves the version, acceptance time, app version, and exact terms and privacy text on your device. These receipts are not sent to a developer analytics service. They are retained locally so the app can identify the terms you accepted and may be included in device backups according to your settings. They can be removed with the app's local data. Merely opening a policy or declining an agreement is not recorded as acceptance.

Requests, children, and changes

Contact jesse@dsrcommercial.com to ask about data practices or exercise rights that apply to information we hold. We may need reasonable information to verify a request, and legal exceptions may apply. Device and iCloud controls are the primary means of managing your private workspace. The app is intended for adult professional use and is not directed to children. If practices change, we will update this notice and its date, provide additional notice for material changes where required, and obtain consent where applicable law requires it. Acceptance of general terms is not a blanket permission for unrelated data use.
