Privacy Policy

AgentDesk CRE is a commercial real estate tool for brokers. It is built to keep your business data private to you. The short version: we don't collect it, and we can't see it.

Who we are

AgentDesk CRE ("the app") is developed by Jesse Lessing ("we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact address at the bottom of this page.

What the app stores, and where

Everything you enter — opportunities and closed deals, contacts, properties and suites, tours, invoices and commissions, tasks, notes, photos, and imported documents — is stored locally on your device and synced through Apple's CloudKit to your personal iCloud account. This data lives in your private iCloud database. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no server that receives it.

Sign in with Apple

The app uses Sign in with Apple to secure your data. We do not receive your password, and we do not build a profile from your identity. Apple manages this authentication; see Apple's privacy policy for details.

Device permissions

The app asks for certain permissions only to provide features you choose to use. Each is handled on your device, and nothing is transmitted to us:

• Contacts — only when you link a contact, so the app can keep that person's name, company, and number current.
• Calendar — to display your existing appointments alongside your deals and tasks.
• Camera & Photos — to capture or attach property and tour photos.

You can grant or revoke any of these at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Maps

The app uses Apple Maps to display property locations from the addresses you enter. The app does not track or record your location.

No third parties, no tracking

AgentDesk CRE contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.

Keeping and deleting your data

Because your data lives in your own iCloud, you control it. You can delete records inside the app, and you can remove all app data by deleting the app and clearing its data in iCloud settings. Deleting the app and its iCloud data permanently removes your information.

Children

AgentDesk CRE is a professional tool and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
